Brian Robertson is our PGA General Manager with extensive experience in golf operations, member services, tournament management, and hospitality leadership. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles at premier golf facilities, including serving as a PGA Head Golf Professional and Director of Food & Beverage Operations, where he developed a reputation for delivering exceptional member and guest experiences.

Passionate about the game of golf and the relationships it creates, Brian combines a strong operational background with a commitment to customer service, player development, and club engagement. His expertise spans golf shop operations, event and tournament coordination, instructional programming, and hospitality management.

Brian takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere for golfers of all skill levels while helping clubs enhance their overall experience through quality service, thoughtful programming, and attention to detail. Whether assisting players on the course, managing events, or supporting club operations, he is dedicated to fostering an environment where golfers can enjoy the game and build lasting connections.

Peyton Jones

Assistant General Manager

As Assistant General Manager, Peyton is dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for members and guests while supporting the daily operations of the club. With a strong focus on customer service, tournament administration, event coordination, and membership engagement, he plays a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere both on and off the course.

From organizing successful golf events and outings to assisting members with their day-to-day needs, Peyton combines attention to detail with a passion for the game to help ensure every visit exceeds expectations. His commitment to service, operational excellence, and fostering meaningful member relationships contributes to the continued success and growth of the club.

Jamie Hillard

O'Neal Golf Management Director of Hospitality

Jamie Hillard serves as the Director of Hospitality for O'Neal Golf Management, overseeing food and beverage operations across seven Indiana golf courses. With more than 25 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, and event management, including over a decade leading daily operations at golf and country clubs, Jamie brings extensive expertise in creating exceptional guest experiences.

Throughout a career spanning premier clubs and fine dining establishments in both Indiana and Arizona, Jamie has planned and executed countless weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. Passionate about genuine hospitality, Jamie believes that building strong relationships with clients is the foundation for creating memorable, seamless events.

Outside of work, Jamie enjoys spending time with family, collecting vintage and antique treasures, and giving them new life through restoration and resale. At home, Jamie's two beloved cats are constant companions and hold a very special place in her heart.

TBGC is now proudly managed by O'Neal Golf Management based in Carmel, Indiana. Under the leadership of President Colin O'Neal, OGM provides management and consulting services to golf courses throughout Indiana. Management services include everything from consulting on a specific topic to full, turn-key management solutions for the operations of the entire golf property.
