Led by Jamie Hillard, Director of Hospitality, our hospitality team is committed to providing personalized service from your first inquiry through your final farewell. We'll work closely with you to coordinate event layouts, timelines, vendor logistics, bar service, and every hospitality detail, allowing you to enjoy your event with confidence.
For golf outings, our Golf Professional staff coordinates all tournament operations, including registration, pairings, tee assignments, scoring, contests, and on-course play. Once your outing is confirmed, Jamie becomes your primary contact for all hospitality-related details, including event space arrangements, outside catering coordination, bar packages, registration and hospitality areas, awards presentations, event timelines, and any pre- or post-round receptions.
Working together, our golf and hospitality teams provide a seamless planning experience and exceptional service from the first guest arrival through the final award presentation.
